Sometimes we go off course with our goals or routines, it is pertinent to recognize, accept and forgive ourselves.

Embrace your imperfections and accept everything that is part of the process.

The way to move forward is by being gentle & not hard on ourselves. We often tend to get demotivated by overthinking and judging ourselves, swirling into negative zones.

It is not possible to wake up daily feeling 100% energized and motivated. It’s ok to fall off your routine once in a while, but what matters is picking yourself up and being gentle during the process.

Know your WHY –

The important part of goal setting is to know the reason behind setting the goal.

How important is it to you?

What will you gain from this goal?

It is imperative to ask yourself these questions.

We lose sight of our ‘WHY’ when we lose motivation, so a great way to keep tab following these routines:

  • – Journaling daily & setting small goals will help you see what you have accomplished on days when you feel like there are hurdles to cross.
  • – Making a mini desk vision board by penning your affirmations or words that motivate you or pics of people who inspire you, which you can see every day. That will remind you to keep going on days when you are not feeling your best.
  • – A habit tracker is a great way of pushing yourself and just checking the box daily can make you feel productive.
  • – Being accountable to someone like your coach or parent or friend who can check on you.

Champions play to win. Failure is just feedback. There’s everything to gain by trying your best.
